SS27 Showroom Installation & Catering.

Concept

Our intention was simple, we wanted to revisit the usual showroom catering experience.

Inspired by the brand’s Japanese roots, we created a konbini-like installation that reimagined the showroom as a curated convenience store.

Together with culinary studio De La Rosée, we imagined four unique bites and a cold brew, combining elevated and fresh products with everyday staples from Japanese and French supermarkets. Each item was served in custom packaging designed specifically for the project.

For the installation itself, we kept it simple and functional. A bespoke wooden structure, inspired by traditional Japanese architecture, framed the refrigerators, while a custom made bench invited visitors to pause, sit and spend time within the space.
